Jerry Lang, President of JLCC, has over 50 years of combustion experience and a strong background in refining processes as owner and operator of JLCC Inc. He is currently designing and overseeing several projects for refineries, including efforts to lower emissions, and improve efficiencies....
The Liquid Fuel Catalyst is EPA Registered for on the road use in the United States, the technology has been proven, and sells by the gallon, case, or drum. Currently, we are rolling out more product every week and we would be more than happy to create a plan using your numbers to show you the cost savings available to you.
If you are interested in reducing your expense on fuel or just getting your equipment in compliance, please contact us for more information and we will be glad to meet with you and discuss how we can help.

The following is my explanation of how the Liquid Catalyst combustion chamber conditioner works.
Over the years, I have had an opportunity to test many products and devices that claim to increase efficiency and reduce emissions in stationary, auto, truck, and heavy equipment engines.
All of us that are familiar with the internal combustion engine are aware of its inefficiency and emission problems. Many developments have been made in recent years to either improve efficiency or reduce emissions. Many methods used to meet clean air standards have had negative efficiency effect. During the past three years, I have tested and helped to develop a liquid catalyst which both improves efficiency and reduces harmful emissions.
Efficiency increase is caused by an increase in fuel being burned in the power stroke reducing the amount burned in the exhaust cycle. This will be evidenced by lower exhaust temperature and lower oil temperature. It has been proven that much of the NOx formation takes place in the exhaust burn. Many so called lean burn engines simply add air in the exhaust to lower the temperature, and lean burn is accomplished after the fuel has produced the power. Those engines actually using the lean power burn are difficult to adjust for max power due to the balance of expansion and great volume due to high air fuel ratios with lower temperatures.
The liquid catalyst affects the sublimination and chemical breakdown of the fuel which helps to reduce the initial prompt NOx. The reduced burn in the exhaust will reduce the temperature and formation of thermal NOx. Catalytic compounds and resultant reactions are used in refineries to drive the process at lower temperatures than would be required without the catalyst. The process in the internal combustion engine works much the same way. The fuel is burned more evenly producing a longer and more efficient power stroke. Overall temperatures are reduced and chemical radicals are reduced in the initial reactions, all of which produce more efficiency and less emission results. The liquid catalyst also contains a lubricant which reduces friction and wear on the combustion side. The product is very much the same as used in the refining process when producing liquid fuels and will not harm the equipment.
Our patented Liquid Catalyst is EPA registered.

Save on Diesel Fuel while reducing the price of diesel fuel in the United States. JLCC Catalysts provides diesel additive and catalyst type products where Trucking companies save on fuel from the fuel islands they fuel each truck from. JLCC Catalysts is the first to develop a catalyst delivery method for natural gas compression engines. Once companies find out what Jerry Lang has developed that can save money on diesel fuel fo companies, everyone will want to get on our fleet program and even though most companies cannot find diesel additives or catalyst that can do what they claim, we can prove it. In the long run, JLCC can deliver a catalyst product for diesel engines including Detroit Diesel, Cummins, Caterpillar, Maxxforce, Navistar, Wärtsilä, and trucks including catalyst and additives for Mack, International, Freightliner, Volvo, and many more.
Save on Diesel fuel, Lower and reduce diesel costs, reduce the costs of diesel fuel, lower or reduce NOx in diesel engines and natural gas engines, save money on diesel fleets and trucks, as well as EPA guidelines for diesel truck additives tha will not void the manufacturers warranty.
